Kits:

Guide - Revell-04924/H/196+197+198+199 = Manufacturer-kit number/frame/part number. Links to Revell and Eduard kits.

Link to instructions for better understanding: Revell 04924

- outer underfuselage pylons (Revell-04924/P/254+255+258+259 or Eduard-11136/P/254+255+258+259) - 3 attachement points, front and rear has "bulges" and weight limit 1000 pounds, middle has bigger weight limit and ability to carry different stores (CBLS, WE.177B, fuel tank 1500L, together with 1. and 3. also JP233)
- central underfuselage pylon (Revell-04924/P/256+257 or Eduard-11136/P/256+257) - 1 attachement point
- armament attadech on central underfuselage pylon - point 1 and on outer underfuselage pylons - points 1 and 3 (front and aft)
- only one pod for LRMTS under the nose (Revell-04924/F/173+K/172 or Eduard-11136/F/173+K/172) - when looking from front, LEFT side

Armament:

- "dumb" bombs Mk.13/117 on outer underfuselage pylons on points 1 and 3, either solo or on "twin-store" adapter from Air-Log Ltd (now ML Aviation) (bombs in Italeri 2783 or Airfix A10101A Canberra B2/20 kits or resin from ResKit RSK-48188)
- CBU-87 on outer underfuselage pylons solo on points 1 and 3 - Eduard Brassin 648274
- "smart" bombs CPU-123/B - on central underfuselage pylon - point 1 and on outer underfuselage pylons - point 1 (front) (thanks to bigger wings of CPU kit only 3 bombs max) - Eduard Brassin 648550
Note: every airframe could carry those bombs, but could be "buddy lased" from Tornado carrying TIALD (or from Buccaneer carrying Pave Spike or from gound crew using laser designator)
- ALARM rockets on rail and adapter - on central underfuselage pylon - point 1 and on outer underfuselage pylons - point 2 (rockets are in Hobby Boss 80353 kit or from Eduard Brassin 648549) - configuration: underfuselage pylon - adapter - launching rail - rocket (max 3 rockets)
Note: you can find pics where rockets are on underwing pylons. They were there for testing only, as the underfuselage pylons had to be rewired and software updated. So if ALARM under the wing pylons + 2 fuel tanks 1500L on underfuselage pylons = test config during Desert Shield. There is nearly no marking or nose art on pics with this configuration. Underwing config: pylon - launching rail - rocket
- JP233 containers - on outer underfuselage pylons - points 1 and 2 and 3 - Eduard Brassin 648551

ECM/fuel tanks etc.:

- fuel tanks from Tornado F.3 so-called "Hindenburg" 2250L (Revell-04924/H/196+197+198+199 or Eduard-1136/H/196+197+198+199) - under the wings on inboard pylons
Note: when "Hindenburg" 2250L fuel tanks are under the wings, you CAN NOT make the full wing sweep (63 instead of 67 degrees). If the wings were fully swept the fins on the tanks contacted with the tailplanes. The restrictor plate was added to prevent the wings being swept too far and to prevent the tank fins hitting the tailplanes.(not applicable to F.3/ADV version as it has longer fuselage)
- classic fuel tanks 1500L (Revell-04924/D/200+201+202+203 or Eduard-11136/D/200+201+202+203) under the wings on inboard pylons or on outer underfuselage pylons - point 2 (if there is only one fuel tank attached, it is attached, when looking from front, to the LEFT underfuselage pylon on point 2
Note: Color in Eduard instructions is wrong, should be FS 30279 Desert Pink
- chaff/flare launcher BOZ-107 (Revell-04924/D/209+210+211 or Eduard-11136/D/209+210+211 or Eduard Brassin 648527
Note: Instructions for Eduard kit shows color as a mix of Flesh and Brown. It is not correct, the pod was in FS 30279 Desert Pink color. Instructions for Brassin shows either BS381C:641 Dark Green or BS.81C:626 Barley Grey color only. It is not correct, the pod was in FS 30279 Desert Pink color
- ECM pod Sky Shadow (Revell-04924/T/204+205+207+208/D/206 or Eduard-11136/T/204+205+207+208/D/206 or Eduard Brassin 648528
Note: In both instructions, Revell and Eduard, the tail fins are shown in level. In reality and in the kit, they point downwards. In Eduard kit, the color for pod is a mix of Flesh and Brown, which is incorrect. It should be FS 30279 Desert Pink. Instructions for Brassin set shows either BS381C:641 Dark Green or BS.81C:626 Barley Grey color only, which is incorrect. It should be FS 30279 Desert Pink.
- TIALD pod - attached, when looking from front, to the RIGHT underfuselage pylon on point 1 - there were only two pods in the Gulf war - Flightpath FP-48-080g or AMRAAM Line 48-004 or Eduard Brassin 648547 (with correct decals)
Note: there were 5 airframes modded to carry the pod, but only 2 pods were available. They were named Tracy and Sandra from The Viz comics. The pod has advantage over the Buccaneer´s Pave Spike - it could operate at night thanks to thermal imaging part.
