For 99% they were not part of Gulf war.

NOTE:
In December 1987 the contract between PAC Kamra, Pakistan and UAE was signed for overhaul of 26 airframes. Responsibility for providing spare parts was given to UAE.
Unfortunately, aquiring spare parts proved difficult and only 4 airframes (AD - 404; DAD - 203; EAD - 501 and RAD - 601) were overhauled before the project was stopped.
Another update attempt was made in France, at Biarritz repair/overhaul center. Several Mirages were overhauled there and were painted in the new Mirage 2000-like camouflage
(photo proven - RAD - 602; AD - 401, 402, 403, 405, 407, 408, 409, 410; EAD - 506, 507 (final plane ever for EDJ Biarritz repair/overhaul center at 07/07/1995)
13 airframes were lost during the service. The remaining 19 Mirages were sold to Egypt in 2004 (AD - 403, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411; DAD - 201, 202; EAD - 501, 502, 504, 506, 507, 510, 511, 513, 514; RAD - 601)
One unidentified airframe is a gate guardian at Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
